Have you heard about the Halloween Boo Basket tradition? We started it a few years ago and it’s quickly become a highlight of October for my girls! 🎃 It’s the perfect way to kick off the spooky season and get everyone excited for Halloween. On October 1st, I surprise them with a festive basket filled with treats and goodies that make the countdown to Halloween even more fun.
If you’re thinking about starting your own Halloween Boo Basket tradition, check out what I’m including in mine this year:
Halloween Books: A selection of spooky and fun stories to get your little ones excited for Halloween. Our favorites include: Gilbert the Ghost, One Black Cat Board Book, and
Halloween PJs: Cozy and cute pajamas that bring a touch of Halloween to bedtime. One tip: Not sure why but the best Halloween pajamas sell out crazy early, so if you see one you like, snag them before they sell out. This year’s Halloween PJs favs: Halloween Purple Cat pajamas, Cat and Ghost Pajamas
Halloween Craft Activity: A creative activity to keep the Halloween spirit alive, whether it’s a craft, game, or DIY project. This year, I’m including: Sticker by Number Halloween Book, these darling Halloween Tattoos, also considered these super cute Halloween Tattoos (they come as a set of 6 and I thought we could hand out the extras to friends, mini Halloween playdough kit, these personalized Halloween name DIY bracelets, and these stick on earrings.
Happy Boo Basket making! 🎃👻🧡 Putting it all together in a basket just makes it feel extra special.
