When my friend Emily asked me if I would like to collaborate on a Mother’s Day Interview I was so excited. As a former teacher, she always has creative ideas for little ones!

We wanted to make a mad-lib-style interview that is sure to guarantee a few chuckles but also still be sweet.

Simply download and print a copy for each child. Fill it out with them. Or give it to your significant other or friend to help the kids fill out for Mother’s Day. Let your child(ren) give it to you on Mother’s Day. They will love seeing you read the answers out loud.

It could even be an annual tradition that you do that will become a sweet keepsake. It will be fun to see how their answers change over the years.
