Birthday Interview Printable for Kids
A birthday interview for kids is one of my favorite traditions to do with my girls. It is so fun to capture memories and their personality each year and be able to look back and see how they have grown. This birthday interview printable is one of my favorite designs.
The questions and prompts include:
- Favorite thing to do
- What makes me happy
- What I want to be when I grow up
- Something I am really good at
- One thing I want to do before my next year.
- Second page to draw a picture
My girls are currently too young to write the answers, so I ask them the questions and fill them in. My favorite answer from my daughter’s 4th birthday interview was her answer to what I want to be when I grow up: “A Grandma”. It’s clear from that how much she loves her Grandmas!

She throws the most magical and special parties for her kids. Her son Jack turned 4 and he asked for a “garbage truck party”. So she made his own neighborhood to manage as a garbage man for a day. It is so adorable!!
